Senior Project Manager

Job description:

Communicate with clients: brief, collect requirements, work with expectations, give status updates, be able to negotiate terms;

Estimate project timeline and follow it both internally for the team and externally for the customer;

Monitor profitability of projects;

Set tasks for designers and developers, supervise their execution;

Estimate designers’ working load and control its time tracking;

Successfully present the final projects in Russian and English;

Control the document flow for your projects (together with our Records Specialist);

Create analytical materials: surveys, graphs, dashboards, and presentations;

Be ready to explain and justify our design solutions;

Identify and manage risks for projects and tasks;

Suggest processes’ improvements in the team (or even company) and implement them.

Independence, communication skills, thoroughness;

Experience working with IT/design/digital projects for at least two years;

Ability to manage unmanageable;

High level of oral and written language (Russian), perfect grammar;

Ability to work with Figma, Notion, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets;

Be passionate about clear communication and “SMART” approach for task-setting;

Confident spoken English at level C1 and above;

Ability to listen, hear, use feedback and criticism to achieve better results;

Experience working with project budget, its optimization and reports preparation;

Analytical mind, careful work with numbers;

Willingness to multitask, ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize.

Experience in executing projects with limited resources;

Completed courses in project management;

Ability to mentor and supervise junior colleagues;

Experience in sales or business analytics.
